Registration
forms, academic records, and related documents usually carry a series
of numerical codes following the name to assist in identifying the
student, the school of enrollment, and curriculum. These codes are: School Code. A
two-digit number identifying the school or college within the
university to which the student has been admitted. On the Camden Campus, there are five degree-granting divisions: Camden College of
Arts and Sciences (50); University College–Camden (64); School of
Business–Camden (undergraduate) (52); School of Business–Camden
(graduate) (53); Graduate School–Camden (56); and School of Law–Camden
(24).
Class Code. A
two-digit number indicating the year in which the student is expected
to graduate. This code may be changed to reflect the student's progress
in satisfying degree requirements. Nonmatriculated students have a code
of NM and unclassified transfers have no class code.
Curriculum Code. A three-digit number identifying the major field in which the student is enrolled.
