At the end of each semester, the law school recognizes students
whose grade-point average for all coursework taken during the previous
semester places them in the top 25 percent of the student body for that semester. Such students are designated as being on the Dean's List. Special
recognition is made of students whose work for the previous semester places
them in the top 5 percent of the student body for that semester. Such
students are designated as Dean's Scholars. Similar honors are
calculated for members of the first-year class.
