An incomplete grades are awarded at the discretion of the instructor. This work may be completed, and a change of grade may
be authorized by the instructor within any period agreed to by the instructor
and the student up to one year after the official end date (end of term) of the course. After that date, no
change may be made and the incomplete grade remains on the permanent record.
