The Aresty Research Center for Undergraduates staff assists students in learning about the process of research, identifying faculty mentors or projects, defining research goals, seeking funding for a project, seeking guidance in the ethical aspects of doing research, and presenting their findings to the university and the general public. Douglass Residential College is dedicated to inspiring women's excellence. Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Programs

Recipients of an Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) grant also have available to them a number of academic services as part of their financial aid package. A staff of full-time professionals is assigned to aid with individual problems that may arise in areas ranging from personal to academic to financial. In addition to the counseling program, EOF offers tutorial services to students who need assistance in basic academic skills as well as in more advanced courses. RBS-UNB Office of Career Management

The mission of the Rutgers Business School: Undergraduate-New Brunswick (RBS-UNB) Office of Career Management is to promote RBS-UNB as a source for top talent by preparing our students to compete effectively in the contemporary job market. We accomplish this mission by providing employers concentrated targeted access to business students, preparing our students to effectively market how they intend to add value to their prospective employer, and partnering with the university's Career Services to augment existing programs offered to our students. Learning Centers

Learning Centers are based at several campus locations and offer a variety of academic support services to all students interested in improving their performance. All services are free with unlimited access. Professional staff assists students in mastering information-processing skills and higher-level organizational skills. Assistance is available in time management, note taking, text reading, test preparation, test taking, and various other areas. Additional services include peer academic tutoring (drop-in, by appointment, and online), course-specific instruction groups, and writing assistance for courses other than Rutgers Writing Program courses. Writing Centers

The Writing Centers function in conjunction with courses offered by the Writing Program. Students in these courses may seek assistance on their own from the Writing Centers located on Livingston, Busch, and College Avenue campuses. For more information, please visit wp.rutgers.edu.
