The
Department of Theater Arts makes special demands on students enrolled in the M.F.A. training programs because of the professional nature of the programs
and the demands of the profession. Concentration-specific rules and policies are in the Student Handbook Appendix for Acting Students, the Design and Student Handbook Appendix for Production and Design Students (Costume, Set, and Lighting Designers, Costume Technicians, Technical Directors, and Stage Management), the Dramaturgy and Playwriting Appendix. Students are
responsible for understanding and following all rules and policies set forth in
these documents, as well as those in the graduate university
catalog.
