A graduate Diploma Application Form is available online and information is available at http://nbregistrar.rutgers.edu/grad/gradip.htm for students who are on track to complete their degree requirements.
A graduate diploma application (Application for an Advanced
Degree), obtainable from the registrar, must be completed and the form
submitted by each candidate as follows:
- August diploma - August 15
- January diploma - January 6
- May diploma - March 15
Unless the form is submitted at the appropriate time by the candidate,
the degree will not be conferred and graduation will be deferred. If,
after filing the application, a candidate is unable to complete the
degree requirements by the end of the semester specified, another diploma
application must be filed for another semester.
