all aspects of the career management process: self-assessment, market
assessment, job search skills and tools, and negotiation strategies.

Development Workshops
OCM facilitates workshops to help students identify their career interests,
values, and skills.
Résumé
and Cover Letter Reviews
OCM helps students shape their résumés and
cover letters into effective job search tools.
Mock Interviews
In-person and taped mock interviews provide
excellent dress rehearsals for the real thing.
Career Fairs
OCM hosts both general and
specialized career fairs in the fall and spring semesters giving students and
employers a chance to meet, establish relationships, and discuss potential job
and/or internship opportunities.
Networking Opportunities
OCM hosts networking
opportunities for students allowing them to gain information about firms and
facilitate relationships with employers.
Career Management Platforms
OCM offers a variety of
platforms allowing students to maximize their exposure to skill development and
opportunities. These include BusinessKnight and Handshake career
management systems, VMock and Resume Target résumés development systems,
LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning, and additional external resources including
Indeed, Glassdoor, Vault, GoinGlobal, Career Shift, Parker-Dewey, WayUp and
Beyond B School.
