He has almost 25 years of experience in a wide variety of key executive positions at some of New York City's most reputable institutions, including the Apollo Theater (general manager), Madison Square Garden (company manager and associate producer), Radio City Music Hall (producer), and Disney on Broadway's The Lion King. He earned a B.A. degree in Theater Arts from Rutgers University and an M.A. degree in Arts Management from New York University. He is a member of the New Brunswick Arts Council, in addition to proudly serving on the board of directors of several professional organizations: the Alliance For Inclusion in the Arts (formerly the Non-Traditional Casting Project), the American Conference on Diversity, and Blackberry Productions.
